We have owned the Farm for 20 years. Prior owners range from John Lennon and Yoko Ono in the 1970s, to the Thomases in the 19th century and Montgomerys in the 18th century. Native Americans have left traces on the land dating back 2,300 years.

“There is a faith in loving fiercely the one who is rightfully yours. ”

- David Whyte, The Truelove

“This is a very special place. The house and grounds are immaculately, thoughtfully appointed and cared for. Surrounded on three side by the expanses of NY's Forever Wild lands, one feels as if one has stepped two hundred years into the past in the best ways.

But fear not, there are no shortage of modern conveniences and appointments. The landscaping, the appliances, bed linens and furnishings are straight out of architectural digest. We especially enjoyed the apple orchard, the indoor and outdoor fireplaces. “

“The Farmhouse at Good Apple Orchard is one of the most magical places I've ever stayed, and one of the best AirBnB's I've ever experienced. The world is very lucky that Scott has opened his home and invited us in.

The farmhouse is breathtaking in both its historical quality and modern reimagining. Every aspect has been beautifully updated with exquisite taste. The furnishings are incredibly comfortable, the appliances beautiful and high end. And the house feels like a step back in history to a more peaceful time.

The views from the back porch, or from the chairs on the dock overlooking the pond, are all beyond epic, with light at sunset and sunrise that is not to be believed.”
