Our amenities cater to both intimate gatherings and grand celebrations, for groups of 10 to 250 guests. The farmhouse, available for extended stays, exemplifies refined country living with its LaCanche stove, Chesterfield sofas, Stickley furniture, cast iron tubs, and vintage Mason & Hamlin grand piano. Two fully equipped kitchens support flexible catering options, whether you choose to work with recommended local providers like Eighty Main and Strickland Farm or bring your own team.

Scott, the owner and venue manager was communicative and easygoing. He has a carefully curated list of highly skilled vendors for couples to choose from, many from the Hudson Valley, and as a blank canvas, it's a planner's dream. The 1790s farmhouse is impeccably and thoughtfully decorated and the newly restored barn makes this an all season venue. The Facility Fee includes access to the barn's first and second floor event spaces, the farmhouse during the day of the ceremony, orchard, firepit garden, BBQ, parking, grand piano, and — for bridal party only — the pond.

Overnight stay in the farmhouse and use of sound equipment are extra. Food and beverage, flowers, tents, tables and chairs, place settings, candles, outdoor dance floors, set-up, site cleaning, luxury portable sanitation for groups of 50+, DJs, live music, fire walkers, yoga instructors, massage therapists, cooking instructors, and day of services are yours to configure and pay for, or bring your own.
